Aop
K so I was going to have an entire AOP example finished tonight but the family ended up stopping by to see the new baby <excuses, excuses> which means the example will have to come tomorrow. However here is a great synopsis on aspectj to tide you over till then (I want my AOP!):
Epic Debate Night
So I watched the debate tonight and had mixed feelings about it and it appears the twitterererers did as well. One thing it seemed that everyone I talked to could agree on was that John McCain did better than expected. It is odd though that so many had such low regard for his debating skill. Going into this I sort of saw him having a slight advantage over Obama in debating ability simply because of his experience in the craft. I see him saying what ever comes to mind at the time while Obama is more calculated with is responses. McCain is a short distance runner while Obama is all about the long haul.
Aside from the Presidential debate it also seemed that most people are highly focused on the Vice Presidential debate next week. I know I am excited about it, especially after the Palin-Couric interview. My Dad seems to think that they will help her get ready for it so she will learn from her previous peril. It will be awesome to see how it plays out though.
On an interesting note it appears one of my previous posts was picked up by Stumble and the site is getting pretty much hammered right now and the slice is taking it in stride. I knew all that money went for something
